Recurring Yoga Classes for Adults

Hot Vinyasa (beginner to intermediate), Vinyasa, Traditional Hatha (beginner to intermediate), Alignment Based, Yin, Restorative, Partner Yoga, etc

Motherhood Yoga

Classes are designed for women who are trying to conceive (TTC), pregnant, or within the "4th Trimester" recovery period. Practices are built around the the physical and emotional needs of women in each phase of their early motherhood experience.

5 Vayus, Level 1

(Full Day Workshop): Review the origin of energy, chakras, 5 vayus. Learning is mix of lecture and practice of meditation, pranayama, and asana.

Yoga and the Spiritual Dimension

(4 courses, 3 hours each): Introduction to the Spiritual Discipline of Yoga using the 8 limbs and 5 Koshas.

Yoga Beginner Series

(6 classes, 1.5hrs/class) Introduction to the 8 limbs of yoga and basic yoga postures

Yin Yoga with Live Music

(1.5hrs): Deep guided yin practice with accompanying live guitar, sound healing and chanting.

Vinyasa Yoga (Advanced Practice)

A fun and challenging practice aimed at developing the physical body beyond basic functional movement and into advanced movement. Precision and attention are developed through physical practice in an effort to develop skills leading to enhanced consciousness.
